Should I go for a run or is it raining? You won't be surprised by rain anymore because Sataako.fi-website shows the rain situation in the whole Finland in real-time.
The service uses your location to show if it has been raining during the last hour and if it's raining at the current moment in your area. Sataako.fi makes it easy to see where the nearest rain cloud is lurking. The closer the rain cloud's colour is to red, the more it is raining. You can zoom in and out on the map. The service also shows the possible lightning strikes.
Service's radar images update constantly and automatically every five minutes. Sataako.fi was developed by [Heikki Pora] (https://twitter.com/p0ra) and it uses open data from Finnish Meteorological Institute
