From the dataset abstract

This dataset is associated with the dynamic report titled 'Pension benefits paid out by Kela', which is part of the Kelasto statistical database. Annual data are available starting 2008 and monthly data from January 2018.

The dataset includes all of the pension benefits paid out by Kela with the exception of guarantee pensions. It includes all types of payment, i.e., regular payments, retroactive payments, and payments returned.
